How restore works
Every change is watched after it goes live. When Taseli puts the previous settings back by itself, how to undo by hand, and the 30-day window.
After a change goes live, Taseli watches the number it could hurt. If that number gets worse than the limit, the previous settings go back by themselves and you're told what, when and why. You can also undo by hand for 30 days.
- 1Change goes live
- 2Watched for 7 days
- 3Verdict
- 4Kept or undone
The safety net
- What's watched: the number the change could hurt: results, cost per result, or spend. Each decision says which, in “The safety net”, for example “If the cost per lead gets more than 35% worse, we put it back.”
- Against what: the 14 days before the change.
- For how long: usually 7 days. Raising a budget in steps on Meta waits 5.
Why the verdict comes later
Conversions keep arriving for days after a click. So the verdict comes 3 days after the watch ends, and counts only the watch days. A 7-day watch is judged around day 10.
No automatic undo when
- Spend during the watch was too small (under 100 in the account's currency).
- There were fewer than 5 results before and during the watch.
- Conversion tracking is broken on the account.
Then the change stays, marked “Too early to tell”.
Undo by hand
Open “What we did”
Find the change.Tap “Undo” › “Yes, put it back”
The owner, an Admin or a Manager can, for 30 days after the change.Taseli puts it back
Only the settings that still hold what Taseli set. Anything changed there since stays as it is.
Troubleshooting
There's no “Undo”. The change is over 30 days old, it's a kind that can't be undone, or your role can't undo. After 30 days, ask Taseli in the chat for the old setting, and approve it like any decision.
