If a change is restored, do I get the money back?

No. Restoring brings the previous settings back. Spend that happened before the restore isn't recovered.

What can't be restored?

Some changes have no exact inverse. A removed item can be recreated, but with a new ID and no history. Each proposal says in advance whether its change type supports restoration.

How long is each change monitored?

Depending on the type, 72 hours to 7 days, plus time for conversions to mature. Budget increases and pauses use 72 hours; bid targets, negatives and new keywords use 7 days.

Can I edit a proposal before approving?

Yes. Remove items or change values within your limits, and the proposal is validated again.

What happens to proposals I ignore?

A proposal that isn't approved within 7 days expires. Nothing is applied.

What if a change only partly succeeds?

You see exactly which items failed and why, in plain words. Monitoring and any restore apply only to what actually ran.
