Delete data and disconnect
Disconnect an ad platform, cut off an AI key, export all your data or delete the workspace. What each step does, and what stays.
On this page
You can disconnect an ad platform, cut off an AI assistant, export everything, or delete the whole workspace. None of these changes anything inside your ad accounts.
How your data is used
- Only for features you see in Taseli.
- Never sold, shared with advertisers or used for advertising.
- No person views it unless you allow support access, for a limited time.
- Not used to train general AI models.
Disconnect Google Ads, Meta or TikTok
In the app: Settings › “Accounts & access” › “Connections” › “Disconnect” (owners and admins). Taseli stops at once, closes the decisions waiting and ends its access at the platform too. Your history stays, and “Reconnect” brings it back. Step by step: Disconnect an ad platform, or cut off an AI key.
Removing Taseli from your Google account's permissions also works. Taseli then stops reading the account, and the owner and admins get one “Needs reconnecting” alert.
To stop for good and remove every connection at once, delete the workspace (below).
Cut off an AI assistant
Settings › “Accounts & access” › “Work from Claude or ChatGPT” › “Open keys” › “Revoke”. The key stops working right away, even if the address leaked. You can also remove the Taseli connector in the tool itself (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and so on).
Export or delete the workspace
The owner can download all the data as one zip, or delete the workspace with 7 days to change their mind. See Export and delete your data.
Troubleshooting
Do I need to delete if I cancel? No. After the plan ends, the workspace turns read-only and keeps your data and settings. Delete it any time in Settings › “Privacy”.
