Frequently asked questions

Does Taseli need a manager account (MCC)?

No. You connect your own Google account with OAuth and pick the ad accounts. Agencies with their own MCC are fully supported, and Taseli never works under its own MCC.

Will Taseli change anything without asking?

Not by default. Every change is a proposal that waits for your approval. If you turn on autopilot for a change type, changes of that type run only within the caps you set, and everything else still asks.

What if I have Google's Auto-apply recommendations on?

While Auto-apply is on, autopilot is unavailable in that account, because two systems shouldn't change the same account without coordination. Taseli shows the active subscriptions and helps you turn them off.

Which campaign types are supported?

Search, Performance Max, AI Max for Search, Shopping, DSA search terms and Demand Gen. Some data, like PMax search terms, is partial on Google's side, and Taseli shows it as categories when there's no term.

If a change is restored, do I get the money back?

No. Restoring brings back the previous settings. It doesn't recover money already spent and may not reverse every effect on the campaign. Each proposal says whether its change type can be restored.

What happens if someone edits the account while a proposal waits?

Before applying, Taseli compares the account to the snapshot it took. If a person changed the same setting, the proposal is stopped and a new one is prepared. Taseli doesn't overwrite a human's change.
