Proposals and restore
Understand proposals
Every change Taseli makes starts as a proposal. Learn the Proposals screen, the seven questions on each card, and what each status means.
On this page
A proposal is a change Taseli has prepared but not made. Nothing reaches your account until it's approved, by you or by an autopilot policy you set.
Proposals come from the audit, recommendations, rules, alerts, the AI agent and connected assistants (MCP). Examples: new negatives, a budget change, a paused ad.

Every card answers seven questions
- What will change.
- Why it's recommended.
- The evidence: the numbers behind it.
- Current vs. proposed settings.
- Expected impact over a stated period, and what's still uncertain.
- Whether it can be restored.
- Your choice: “Approve”, “Edit” or “Keep current settings”.
The card also shows the risk level and which caps apply. Money figures are labeled estimated or measured.
The proposal page
Click a card to open /app/[ws]/proposals/[id]. The timeline shows every step:
- 1Created
- 2Validated
- 3Approved
- 4Executed
- 5Verified
- 6Monitored
- 7Decided
It shows who approved and the result per item. “Restore previous settings” appears here when available.
What the statuses mean
| You see | It means |
|---|---|
| Pending approval | Waiting for someone with permission to approve |
| Executing and monitoring | Applied, verified, and now watched for its guard window |
| Completed | The monitoring window ended and the change was kept |
| Restored | Previous settings were put back, manually or automatically |
| Not approved | Kept current settings, expired or invalid |
A pending proposal expires after 7 days.
The change log
/app/[ws]/accounts/[id]/history shows every change on one timeline, Taseli's and everyone else's. Filter with “Ours only / External only”.
Troubleshooting
“Waiting in queue”. It was approved but not run within 30 minutes because of Google API limits. It runs on its own.
Partially applied. Some items worked and some failed, each with a reason. A restore reverts only the items that worked.
