Autopilot and limits
Set up autopilot and caps
Choose per change type whether Taseli only suggests, asks first, or runs within your caps. Default caps, forbidden types, and why Auto-apply blocks it.
Autopilot lets one change type run without waiting for you, as long as it stays inside your caps. It's off by default and set per change type. Autopilot changes are still validated, verified, monitored and restorable.
- 1Suggest only
- 2Ask me first
- 3Autopilot within limits
- “Suggest only”: Taseli prepares fixes. Nothing is applied.
- “Ask me first” (default): every change waits for approval.
- “Autopilot within limits”: changes inside your caps run alone; anything outside them asks.
Turn it on
Only owners and admins can edit the policy.
Open Settings › “Policy”
The table lists each change type with its mode and caps, for the workspace or one account.Pick a change type
For example adding negatives, then choose “Autopilot within limits”.Check the caps
Adjust them if you need to.Save
The next proposal of that type inside the caps is approved by policy and runs.
Default caps
| Change type | Default cap on autopilot |
|---|---|
| Adding negatives | Up to 25 per proposal, 100 per day |
| Pausing an ad, keyword or group | Up to 10 per day; never a whole campaign |
| Budget change | ±20% per change, ±40% per week |
| tCPA / tROAS change | ±15% per change |
| Adding keywords | Up to 20 per day |
Never on autopilot: creating a campaign, pausing a campaign, changing conversion tracking. New ads never run automatically without an ad policy check.
Protect what matters
Mark protected entities, like your brand campaign, in Settings › “Accounts”. No automatic proposal touches them. When several limits apply (workspace, account, client, rule or agent), the strictest wins.
Troubleshooting
“Autopilot within limits” is unavailable. Auto-apply is on, the change type never runs alone, or your role can't edit the policy.
A proposal still waited for approval. It went past a cap, touched a protected entity, or a stricter client or account rule applied.
Payment failed. Approved proposals wait with “Pending subscription renewal” until billing is fixed.
