Delete your data and disconnect

You can disconnect an ad platform, revoke assistant access, export everything, or delete the whole workspace. None of these changes anything inside your ad accounts.

How your data is used

Only for features you see in Taseli.
Never sold, shared with advertisers or used for advertising.
No person views it unless you allow support access, for a limited time.
Not used to train general AI models.

Disconnect Google Ads

Owners and admins can disconnect.

Open Settings › “Accounts”
Find the connection.
Click disconnect and confirm
Taseli revokes its Google permission and stops working on those accounts; their data is kept for 90 days in case you reconnect.

You can also remove Taseli on your Google account's permissions page. Taseli then shows the connection as needing reconnection and sends a daily reminder for up to 7 days.

Revoke assistant access

Settings › “MCP”: click “Revoke” next to each token. The assistant loses access right away.

Export your data

Settings › “Privacy” › export all data. You get a JSON file with your workspace data.

Delete the workspace

Cancel the subscription first
If it's paid, see Cancel and refund.
Export your data
Only if you want a copy.
Delete
Settings › “Privacy” › delete the workspace, and confirm.

New processing stops right away and all platform permissions are revoked.
Your data, files, cached copies and queued work are then purged on a tracked schedule, including at our service providers.
Only records the law requires, such as invoices, are kept.

Deletion can't be undone. If you reconnect later, you start from scratch.

Troubleshooting

I don't see disconnect. Only owners and admins can connect or disconnect a platform. Ask one of them, or ask the owner to change your role in Settings › “Team”.

Do I need to delete if I cancel? No. After cancellation, data is kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically. Delete now if you want it gone sooner.
