Alerts and quiet windows
Alert channels: WhatsApp, email and push
Choose where alerts reach you, verify WhatsApp, set quiet hours and digests, and understand which alerts arrive immediately and which wait.
Taseli checks your accounts around the clock for problems that cost money. You choose where each alert reaches you and how often.
It watches for spend with no conversions, spend spikes or drops, broken conversion tracking, disapproved ads, an unreachable site, pacing off target and more.

Default routing by severity
| Severity | App | Push | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | ✓ | ✓ | Immediately | Immediately |
| High | ✓ | ✓ | Immediately | Daily digest |
| Medium | ✓ | ✓ | Daily digest | Daily digest |
| Low, info | ✓ | - | - | Weekly digest |
- Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00 in your time zone by default. Only critical alerts break through.
- WhatsApp limit: up to 5 messages a day per person, plus a monthly allowance per plan. Past that, messages go by email.
- Noise filter: a non-critical alert that probably doesn't need action now goes into the daily digest.
Daily briefing: at 08:00 you can get one WhatsApp or email message with yesterday's savings, open alerts, and the three most valuable proposals, each with “Approve”.
Act on an alert
- On WhatsApp, use “Open” or “Mute for today”.
- In the app, acknowledge an alert or mute it until a date.
- An alert closes on its own after 24 hours back to normal.
- Thresholds can be changed per account.
Troubleshooting
No WhatsApp messages. Check that the number is verified in “Profile”, the alert type is on for WhatsApp, and it isn't quiet hours. You may have hit the daily limit of 5 or your plan's monthly allowance; those messages come by email.
A medium alert came only in the digest. That's the default for medium. Change it in the “Alerts” matrix.
The same problem, no new alert. Taseli doesn't open the same alert twice. An alert that reopens within 6 hours of closing goes up one severity level.
