# What cannot be restored

> Undo puts back supported settings. It doesn't bring back spend, removed items or other people's changes. The list, and what to do instead.

Taseli puts back exactly what it can, and tells you what it couldn't. A decision says “Can be undone” before you approve it, when it can.

> **Warning: Money already spent isn't recovered**

> No undo, automatic or by hand, returns spend. If a budget increase ran for three days before it was undone, those three days of spend stay spent.

## The limits

| What | Why it doesn't come back |
| --- | --- |
| Spend and results during the change | Clicks, impressions and spend while it was live are history |
| A setting someone changed since | Their change stays. Taseli never overwrites a person's change |
| Items deleted since | That part of the undo is skipped |
| Removed items | Searches or keywords Taseli removed aren't added back automatically |
| Changes by others | Undo covers only Taseli's changes. Yours, your team's, another tool's or Google's own show in “What we did” under “Outside” |
| Part of a change that failed | Only the items that worked are put back |
| After 30 days | “Undo” ends |

## When something can't be restored

1. **Open “What we did”**: See what was put back and what wasn't.
2. **Filter by “Outside”**: See who else changed the account since.
3. **Ask for the old setting**: Tell Taseli in the chat, and approve it like any decision.

## Troubleshooting

**The undo failed.** Usually access was lost. Reconnect, then undo again within the 30 days.

**Delivery changed after an undo.** Settings can come back; how the platform's bidding reacts to two changes in a row can't be controlled. That's one reason the verdict waits for mature data.
