# Team and roles

> Invite people, choose what each one can do, hand over ownership, and let an agency's client approve only their own accounts.

You can work on the account with other people. Each one gets a role, and the role decides what they see and what they may change.

## The roles

| Role | What they can do |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Everything, including billing, data export, deletion and handing over ownership |
| Admin | Connect accounts, manage people, set what Taseli does by itself, approve |
| Manager | Approve decisions, change goals, budgets and protections |
| Approve only | Approve or decline decisions. In an agency, for one client only |
| View only | See one client only (agencies) |

## Invite someone

Only the owner or an admin can invite.

1. **Open Settings › “Team” › “Invite someone”**: **Enter an email and choose a role**
“Manager” or “Approve only”. The owner can make someone an Admin later, from “Manage”. In an agency, for “Approve only” you also pick a client: they'll see that client's accounts only.
2. **Send**: The invitation goes by email, and you can copy the link to send on WhatsApp. The link opens only for the email you entered.

To change a role or remove someone, tap “Manage” next to their name.

## Hand over ownership

1. **“Manage” next to the person › “Hand over ownership”**: Only the owner sees this.
2. **Type the workspace name and confirm**: They become the owner, and you stay on as admin.

## What never happens

- A workspace is never left without an owner: the last owner can't leave, be demoted or be removed.
- An admin can't make someone an admin, and can't change an owner or another admin.
- Someone limited to one client stays “Approve only” or “View only”, and never sees other clients.

## FAQ

**The invitation won't open.** Check that the person is signed in with the email you invited, and that the invitation hasn't expired (the date is under “Waiting to join”). If you sent it again, only the newest link works.

**How do I leave?** “Manage” next to your name › “Leave the team”. To come back you'll need a new invitation.

**I removed someone. When does their access end?** Right away. You can invite them again anytime.
