# Your photo and your business logo

> Add your own photo, and your business's logo or your site's icon. Where each one shows, including on report covers, which files work, and who can change it.

Your photo shows next to your name. The logo shows next to the business's name, so everyone on the team knows at a glance where they are.

## Your photo

1. **Settings › “Plan & details” › “Your photo”**: **“Upload photo”**
JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB. We crop it to a square and it shows right away.

It's yours in every business you're part of. “Remove” brings back your Google photo, if you signed in with Google.

## The business's logo

Only an owner or admin can change it. Everyone sees it.

1. **Settings › “Your business” › “Logo”**: **“Upload logo”, or “Use my site's icon”**
A wide logo is fitted whole, not cut. “Use my site's icon” shows when there's no logo yet and Taseli knows your website.

**Where the logo shows:** next to the business's name in the app, and on the cover of its reports, including reports already sent. An agency's logo also shows on its clients' Home and on the monthly report email they get.

## FAQ

**My picture was turned down.** Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP. A screenshot or photo saved in another format won't open.

**Does “Use my site's icon” touch my website?** No. Taseli asks Google's icon service once and keeps a copy. Nothing is loaded from your site afterwards.

**I don't see “Upload logo”.** Your role can't change it. Ask the owner or an admin.
