# The bell: everything that happened, in one place

> The bell gathers the last 30 days: decisions waiting, problems, what Taseli did and how it went. Filter to what needs you, and mark it read.

The bell at the top of the app shows what happened in your accounts in the last 30 days, newest first. The number on it counts what's new for you.

## What shows up

| What | Opens |

| Done by Taseli, undone, or kept because it worked | What we did |

## Use it

1. **Tap the bell**: Today and Earlier. A dot marks what's new.
2. **Tap “Needs you” to see only what waits for you**: Decisions you can answer, urgent problems still open, and a failed change a person should look at.
3. **Tap an item**: It opens where it happened and counts as read.
4. **“Mark all as read”**: Clears the dots and the number.

What you read is marked for you only. Your team still sees it as new.

## Agencies: every client in one bell

The agency's bell also shows each client's decisions, problems, changes, results and reports, with the client's logo and name. Each item opens in that client's space. With more than one client, a second row filters by client. Someone limited to one client sees only that client.

## FAQ

**Will the bell send me more messages?** No. It only shows what already happened. WhatsApp and email follow your [notification settings](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/alert-channels-whatsapp-email.md).

**A decision disappeared from the bell.** Someone answered it, here or on WhatsApp, or it expired. Decisions are always checked live.

**How far back does it go?** 30 days, up to the 60 newest items.
