# Monthly client reports that send themselves

> For agencies: on the 1st at 09:00, last month's report goes to the client on WhatsApp or by email, under your agency's name. Turn it on per client.

An agency can let Taseli send each client their monthly report. On the 1st of each month at 09:00 (the agency's time), last month's report goes to the client, under the agency's name.

## Turn it on

Only the agency's owner or admin can turn it on.

1. **Open the client › “Reports”**: **Switch on “Send the monthly report automatically”**
Per client.
2. **Make sure someone will get it**: The client needs at least one person as “Approve only” or “View only”. See [Team and roles](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/team-and-roles.md).

## What happens on the 1st

- Taseli writes the report for the client, in the client workspace's language.
- The client gets a private link on WhatsApp, or by email if there's no WhatsApp. Never both. The email carries your agency's name and [logo](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/photo-and-logo.md).
- Once every client is done, the agency's owners get one note: how many reports went out, and which stayed drafts and why.

## What it never does

- Never sends a report with nothing to tell: if nothing happened in the month, it stays a draft and you get a note.
- Never sends for a month with no spend, or when you already sent the client that month's report yourself.
- Never sends twice in the same month.
- Never puts the report at a public address.

## FAQ

**Can I edit it before it goes out?** It goes out by itself. To edit first, leave automatic sending off, create the report yourself and send it.

**A report stayed a draft. What now?** Open it in “Reports”, fill it in by chat and send it.

**Who gets the report?** Everyone set up on the client as “Approve only” or “View only”. Not the agency's own people.
