# Export and delete your data

> Download everything Taseli keeps as one zip, or delete the workspace. 7 days to change your mind, and your ad accounts don't change.

Your data is yours. You can take a copy of all of it, or delete the workspace. Only the owner can do either, in Settings › “Privacy”.

## Export

1. **Settings › “Privacy” › “Export”**: **Wait a moment**
When the file is ready, “Download the file” appears, and the link is emailed to you too. It works for 24 hours.

**What's in the file**

- The business details, the team and their roles.
- Ad accounts and connections.
- What Taseli does by itself, every proposal and what was decided, what happened in the accounts, and alerts.
- Reports, what Taseli learned about the account, and its plan.
- Ad and creative details (not the files themselves).

Each part is a JSON file, and flat lists also come as CSV, to open in Excel or Google Sheets. A README inside explains each part.

## Delete

1. **Settings › “Privacy” › “Delete…”**
2. **Read what will happen, type “delete” and confirm**

- Taseli stops right away: no changes, no messages, no renewal.
- Its access to Google, Meta and TikTok is removed.
- After 7 days all the data is deleted for good. Only records the law requires, such as invoices, are kept.
- In an agency, the clients' workspaces are deleted with it.

## Cancel the deletion

Until the date shown in Settings › “Privacy”, the owner can tap “Cancel the deletion”. Everything stays as it was; you only need to reconnect the ad platforms.

## What it never does

- Never changes or deletes anything inside your ad accounts: your campaigns keep running as usual.
- Never puts tokens, keys, passwords or other people's emails in the file.
- Never lets anyone but the owner export or delete.

## FAQ

**I'm an admin and don't see the buttons.** Export and deletion are for the owner. Ask them, or ask for [ownership to be handed over](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/team-and-roles.md).

**The download link expired.** Tap “Export again” for a new file.

**Do I need to cancel the subscription before deleting?** No. Deletion also stops the renewal. For refunds, see [Cancel your subscription and get a refund](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/cancel-and-refund.md).
