# Disconnect an ad platform, or cut off an AI key

You can end Taseli's access from inside the app. Nothing in your ad account changes: we only remove our own access.

## Disconnect Google Ads, Meta or TikTok

Owners and admins only.

1. **Settings › “Accounts & access” › “Connections”**: Each sign-in shows its email and how many accounts run on it.
2. **“Disconnect”**: The window lists what stops and what stays.
3. **“Disconnect” again to confirm**

| Bringing in new numbers | Everything so far: numbers, changes made, reports and the activity log |
| Decisions waiting are closed, changes not started are cancelled | Your ad account, exactly as it is |
| Changes, ours or on autopilot, and reports on these accounts | The way back: “Reconnect” and pick the accounts again |

Taseli also asks Google or Meta to end its access, unless the same sign-in still serves another business in Taseli. Each account gets a line in “What we did”.

> **Warning: Agencies: your clients stop too**

> Clients that run on your sign-in stop with it, and the window says how many. A client can't disconnect the agency's sign-in: “This connection is managed by your agency.”

## Cut off an AI key

1. **Settings › “Accounts & access” › “Work from Claude or ChatGPT” › “Open keys”**: Each key shows when it was made and last used.
2. **“Revoke”, then confirm**: The key stops working right away. Claude or ChatGPT can't reach Taseli with it anymore.

You see your own keys. Owners and admins see everyone's and can revoke any of them. Need one again? Create a new address anytime.

## FAQ

**Will my ads stop running?** No. Campaigns keep running in the ad account as they are. Only Taseli stops.

**Can I undo a disconnect?** Yes. Tap “Reconnect” on the same row. Your history is waiting.

**I don't see “Disconnect”.** Only the owner or an admin can disconnect.
