# Connect Claude or ChatGPT (MCP)

Taseli works from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor through one MCP server. The assistant reads your account and proposes changes, and **every change waits for approval in Taseli**.

## Connect

1. **Settings › “Accounts & access” › “Work from Claude or ChatGPT”**: Pick the tool you work in.
2. **Click “Create my personal address”**: The address holds a personal key and is shown only once. Save it.
3. **Paste it into the tool**: Follow the three steps on the screen: under Connectors in Claude, under Apps in ChatGPT, and a command or config to copy for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor.
4. **Try it**: For example: “How much did my account spend this week, and which searches wasted money?”

## How approval works

You ask → Assistant drafts a proposal → You approve in Taseli → Assistant checks status

Until you approve, **nothing changes in your account**.

> **Warning: The assistant can't approve**
>
> Assistants have no approval tool, even for owners. Ads content like search terms, competitor ads and landing pages can hide instructions, so an assistant's “yes” never counts as approval.

## Your key and access

- The key belongs to you and one workspace. You can create a new address at any time.
- Someone limited to one client gets no MCP access.
- The assistant answers only about your business's advertising.
- Questions and requests through the assistant never use credits.

## Troubleshooting

**I lost the address.** It's shown only once. Create a new one on the same screen.

**I want to cut an assistant off.** Settings › “Accounts & access” › “Open keys” › “Revoke”. The key stops working right away. See [Disconnect an ad platform, or cut off an AI key](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/disconnect-account-or-ai-key.md).

**The assistant says it approved a change.** It can't. The proposal waits in Taseli until you approve it there.
