# Billing, invoices and installments

> Your plan, paying annually in up to 12 interest-free installments, VAT, invoices, credits, changing plans and what happens when a payment fails.

Everything is on one screen: Settings › “Plan & details” › **“Plan and billing”**. Only the workspace **owner** pays and changes the plan.

## What the screen shows

- Your plan, monthly or annual, and the next charge
- How many installments have been charged, if you pay annually in installments
- Accounts in use against what your plan includes
- AI credits this month
- Your card and invoices to download
- The plans to choose from, and “Cancel plan”

## Prices

Prices on [the pricing page](https://taseli.co.il/en/pricing) are **before VAT**. In Israel you pay in shekels, and VAT (18%) is added on the invoice. Elsewhere you pay in US dollars through Paddle, which adds your country's tax.

## The free trial

- 14 days free, no card. A business gets Pro; an agency gets Agency with up to 5 accounts.
- Then you choose a plan. Without one, Taseli keeps watching one account and recommending, but changes nothing.

## Pay annually in installments

1. **Choose an annual plan**: In “Plan and billing” › “Plans”, pick “Annual”, then “Choose” a plan.
2. **Pay on the secure payment page**: **One payment or up to 12 interest-free installments** (in Israel). Taseli never sees your card details.
3. **The invoice comes by itself**: A tax invoice/receipt for every charge, on the screen and by email.

Annual plans can be fully refunded within 30 days of the first payment. See [Cancel and refund](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/cancel-and-refund.md).

## Change plans

- **Any time.** What's left of the period you paid for is credited against the new plan's price, and a new period starts.
- **Moving to a smaller plan:** if what's left covers it, you switch right away with no charge, and the rest turns into time on the new plan.
- **Spending above the cap:** nothing is blocked and nothing is charged.

## AI credits

Credits are used only to create pictures and videos with AI: a picture is 2 credits, a video 10. Checks, alerts, reports and the chat never use credits.

- Every plan includes credits each month: 300 on Starter, 1,500 on Pro, 5,000 on Agency. **Unused credits carry over to next month.**
- Need more? Packs of 100, 300 or 1,000 credits (₪29, ₪79, ₪239 before VAT in Israel; $8, $22, $65 elsewhere). Credits you buy don't expire.
- A creation that fails gives its credits back.

## A payment failed

1. **You get a message**: And the screen shows "Update card".
2. **We retry automatically**: After 1 day, 3 days and 7 days. Meanwhile your plan keeps working as usual.
3. **After 7 days unpaid**: Taseli keeps checking and reporting, but changes wait for payment. If the last retry fails too, the subscription is canceled.

**I can't find an invoice.** Every invoice is on the “Plan and billing” screen, and each one is also emailed to you.
