# The “To approve” list: fast, with undo

> Decisions sorted by what can't wait. Approve in one tap, several together, from the keyboard or with a swipe, and undo for a few seconds.

“To approve” lists every decision waiting for you, most urgent first. Each row shows one sentence, what it's worth a month, where it runs and how long it waits.

## The order

| Group | What's in it |
| --- | --- |
| Needs you today | Ends within 24 hours, fixes lead or sale tracking, or stops money going out |
| Expiring soon | Ends within 3 days |
| This week | Everything else |

Within each group, the biggest amounts come first.

## Answer

1. **“Do it” or “Not now”**: “Do it” shows on small changes. A bigger change shows “Open”: you read it and confirm on its page.
2. **The row leaves, with “Undo”**: You have 8 seconds. Nothing is sent before that: “Cancelled. Nothing was sent.”

**Several at once:** “Approve together” gathers only the small changes, sums what they're worth together, and lets you untick any. A bigger change never goes in.

**Keyboard (computer):** J and K move between rows, A approves (a bigger change opens), X is “Not now”, Enter opens.

**Phone:** swipe a row right to approve it, left for “Not now”. In Hebrew and Arabic it's mirrored.

> The row comes back and says why: it expired, someone already decided it, the account is read-only, or the plan ended. Nothing changed.

## FAQ

**I missed the 8 seconds.** An approval can still be undone in “What we did”, for 30 days, by owners, admins and managers. See [How restore works](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/how-restore-works.md).

**Why can't I approve a row from the list?** It's a bigger change, or the account is read-only. Open it: the page says what to do.

**The list is empty.** All clear. It shows the changes Taseli is watching now.
