# Agencies: MCC, team and client approvals

Connect your manager account (MCC) once and work every client account under it. Each client gets its own space, with its own accounts.

## Set up your clients

1. **Sign up as an agency**: Choose “An agency, or more than one business”.
2. **Connect Google Ads**: With the Google user that reaches your MCC (see [Connect Google Ads](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/connect-google-ads.md)).
3. **“Which client accounts should I run?”**: Accounts are grouped by where they come from: each manager account, accounts you reach directly, your own business, and accounts other businesses shared with you.
4. **“How should I set up your clients?”**: “Group by name” or “One client per account”. Taseli suggests names from the accounts; change any.
5. **Taseli reads each client**: It takes a few minutes, and you can leave. Then the morning dashboard shows every client: who needs you today, and what Taseli would do.

The Agency plan includes up to 10 ad accounts. The 14-day trial includes up to 5. Later, connect more in Settings › “Accounts & access” › “Connections”.

**Client accounts start locked (“Read-only”):** Taseli reads, alerts and suggests, but changes nothing in them. Only the owner can open an account to changes, in Settings › “Accounts & access”, and even then every change goes through approval.

## Invite your team and your client

Settings › **“Team”** › “Invite someone”:

| Role | Can do |
| --- | --- |
| Manager | See the accounts, approve decisions and work on them with you |
| Approve only | Approve or decline one client's decisions. You pick the client |

## How client approval works

Taseli prepares a change → The client is told → “Do it” on WhatsApp or in the app → It runs and is watched

The client sees their decisions, the last 30 days and what you did lately, under your agency's name ([what your client sees](https://taseli.co.il/en/help/client-portal.md)). They answer “Do it” or “Not now”, and can tell you why in one tap. They can't request new changes.

## Troubleshooting

**Former agencies still have access.** Their changes show in “What we did”, marked “In the ad account”.

**The client didn't get a message.** Check that they joined from the invitation and linked WhatsApp. Until then, messages reach them by email.
